It was the best almond croissant I’d had. The brownie, I was influenced to try after the client before me ordered 6. I understand why! Delicious and perfectly moist and chocolatey. Not too sweet. First visit after a trip to Bordeaux. It was about 4 pm we didn't have a large choice of bread (only two) we picked one. We took two pastrys and a brioche. Every things was delicious. We will come back for sure.

Un pain qui vaut le détour, même un grand détour ,fait partie des boulangeries qui font un pain de '' vérité '' honneur à notre territoire et peu nombreux en vallée de l'Isle...se garde et se bonifie au fil de la semaine. Accueil bienveillant et sourire.Merci.

Aujourd’hui, nous avons goûté la brioche de Noël avec un collègue , très bon goût et très bien garni. Bravo Petit clin d’œil au pâté pomme de terre et viande aussi ;-)

De passage en Périgord, nous n’achetons LE pain qu’ici. Pain aux noix, pain aux figues, pain d'épeautre. Et que dire des gâteaux, en particulier du baba au rhum ! L’accueil est chaleureux et la qualité est inégalable. Je rêve d’avoir cette même boulangerie, qui nous fait gustativement voyager dans le temps, près de chez nous à 500 km d’ici …

When we're passing through Périgord, we only buy THE bread here. Walnut bread, fig bread, spelt bread. And what about the cakes, especially the rum baba! The welcome is warm and the quality is unbeatable. I dream of having this same bakery, which takes us back in time with its taste, close to home, 500 km from here...

Du vrai pain à l'ancienne au four à bois avec la saveur du bon blé, servi avec tellement de gentillesse. Une originalité : les tourtes sont entailles pour éviter qu'elles éclatent à la cuisson, vous y verrez un sourire 🙂.

Real old-fashioned bread from a wood-fired oven with the flavor of good wheat, served with such kindness. A unique feature: the pies are cut to prevent them from bursting during baking, you'll see a smile there 🙂.

J'adore cet endroit qui m'a rappelé la boulangerie campagnarde de mon enfance. Du bon gros pain à l'ancienne, des gâteaux appétissants, un accueil fort agréable. L'endroit mérite que l'on s'y arrête 👍👍

Au pain d'autrefois est vraiment le terme qui correspond à cette boulangerie dans laquelle on trouve un pain tout simple, mais au goût authentique, fabriqué sur place par un vrai boulanger, et servi avec le sourire. Des viennoiseries, un assortiment de pâtisseries simples mais tout simplement bonnes complètent le tableau, pour le plus grand bonheur des papilles, ..., et des clients.
